All through my school years doing various sports I have never been able to touch my toes. This would be either from standing or sitting, it just would never happen. One time my P.E teacher wasn’t happy that I was the only student in class who couldn’t do this that he pushed me forward more not realising this was painful (which is probably why my back hurts from time to time, that or when I choked on some lego and my Granny smacked my back more than enough).
A few people have been giving me tips on what to do to sort out my muscles so hopefully I can accomplish my goal of touching my toes by this Friday. Goal set.
